Access requests to gain access and utilize the park space, whether by any entity or individual owner of neighboring property, must be made in writing with at least three weeks prior to the commencement of any project.

The request must include your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address), specific information on the activity, proposed entry points, proposed usage information, contractor information, and both the entity/homeowner and contractor insurance information. A refundable deposit will be required and will be determined based upon the usage request. Authorization is at the full discretion of the park management team.
